If you cut a tree, you kill a life.

If you save a tree, you save a life.

If you plant a tree, you plant a life.

The Rising Seas

Can’t you see the climates changing?

Mother Earth is rearranging.

A rising sea laps at my feet,

Prairies scorched by soaring heat.

Shriveled crops cry out from thirst.

Some say we did not see the worst.

Critics claim its nature’s way

Man’s impact has played no sway

Seas may swell and glaciers melt

Before the full effects are felt

Cities down, shorelines retreat

Streams disappear in sweating heat

Mother earth cries in despair

Why don’t people really care?

Our leaders claim it’s all a myth

Swallowing in apathy and ignorant bliss

Denying facts, it’s just a hoax

Designed to claim the common folks

But let’s unite and take a stand

To face the facts and save the land

If not, what will our children say?

A generation or two away!

Will they cry out in despair?

Why didn’t people really care?

A poem on Environment sensitization

Let’s consider our habits, are they in alignment?
With the NEED of healthy living versus our WANT sentiment!

From the purest rain drop to the ocean containment
Refusing a small responsibility will bring us heavy repayment

Now let’s pause and think and come to an agreement
A small awaken step can reduce this abasement

From I, YOU to WE and every settlement
Let’s reduce, reuse and recycle for resource management

Let’s divert our goals from WANTS to CONTENTMENT
And prefer our NEEDs up till the level of amazement
Let’s share and save our planet and its essential environment.

RISING LEVELS OF THE SEA

Do you know why is the sea level rising? I know the answer, the answer is that we HUMANS are responsible for this. Do you know how? Let me tell you.

We humans are spoiling our own lives. We are polluting our own EARTH. Dangerous gases are being released from the industries and vehicles into the atmosphere. As we are doing this the climate is getting hotter and hotter.

That is why, the snow from the mountains is melting and as a result the water thus formed is flowing into the sea. This is leading to the rising of water levels of the seas.

I don’t think that this is right. How can we let this happen? Please save the environment. Let each one of us contribute to reducing the pollution of the earth. Last but not the least, if we want, we can do anything and everything.

SAVE EARTH,BECOME WORTH.

Nurture the Nature

"NURTURE THE NATURE"

Save the Environment for a better tomorrow

The air we breathe, water we drink and the natural products we are exposed to, all constitute the environment. A clean environment is the basic need for a healthy life. A healthy environment means a balanced Eco-system which is important for the survival of all living and non-living organisms on our planet.

Over the years our environment has been constantly deteriorating due to various issues which will gradually lead towards perishing of living organisms from the planet Earth.

These issues are Waste disposal, Overpopulation, Pollution, Deforestation, Land management and Urban sprawling, Loss of biodiversity & Eco-system and Climate change.

Let us join hands, think and work together for the betterment of the environment to make a difference.

Let's nurture the Nature so that we can have a better future.
